  1. Question: Can I wash my Sock Dolls?

Answer: Yes, there are 2 ways to wash your sock dolls.

i) Do ensure to place the sock dolls in a zipper laundry bag if you are using a washing machine.

ii) Soak the sock dolls in a bucket with laundry detergent for about 2 hours, rub gently on the dirty spots, (Do not use any bleach)

Rinse the sock dolls until they are no longer sudsy and the water that runs off them is clean and without bubbles.

Squeeze half dry and place under the sun.  

* Do not use a dryer.
 

2) Question: How much do you charge for customised/ personalised Sock Dolls?

Answer: From $25.00 onwards depending on the size and additional details required.

  • Socks are available in different colours and sizes.

  • Your choice of dress, hair, shoes, eyes and skin colour.

  • Upon your confirmation order, a non-refundable of 50% deposit is required.

3) Question: Do you repair old existing soft toys?

Answer: Yes. Price range starting from SGD5.00 onwards depending on the severity of the repair service required and parts replacement. We will inform you in advance of the total costs before we proceed to repair.

 

4) Question: What kind of payment mode do we accept?

Answer: We accept the following payment modes:

1) DBS PayLah*

2) Other Banks Pay Now*

5) Pay pal

*For DBS PayLah, other Banks Pay Now: Send payment to (+65) 9179 2311.  After you have done the fund transfer, do send us a Whats app message at (+65) 9179 2311 indicating your order number and your fund transfer transaction number or a snapshot of the fund transfer receipt. Your order will be processed once payment is received.

 

5) Question: How long does it take for Local shipping/ International shipping orders to reach us?

Answer:

Singapore (Registered mail by Sing-post)

  • Orders will be received within 3 to 5 working days.

International Shipping

 

  • Orders will be received within 10 to 15 working days.

You will receive a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched. 

 

 

6) Question: Do you do refund/return?

Answer:  Yes.  The conditions are as follows.

 

Local Shipment:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

International Shipment:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

We do not accept the following sold items unless they arrive damaged or if they are defective:

 

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Handmade Earrings, Hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.

 

 

Terms and Conditions apply:

  • Purchasers are responsible for returning the order via registered mail or by hand at your own expense.

  • If the items are not returned in its original condition with the packaging and tag, the purchaser will be responsible for any loss in value.
